We will be open for boarding on major holidays, all drop offs must be done before closing date and pick ups once open.
Labor Day, Sep 3-4 closed
Thanksgiving, Nov 23-24 closed
Christmas, Dec 24-25 closed
NYE Dec 31 open till 2pm, closed Jan 1
Cancellation Policy
Please note that our cancellation policy requires you to give us 24- hour notice if you no longer require boarding for your dog.
We will require a credit card on file when you make your boarding reservation. If you do not give 24-hour notice when cancelling, or you no-show for your dog's reservation, your card will be charged the rate of the entire stay of your reservation.
By communicating with us when you no longer need your reservation, you are helping us plan accordingly with our daycare and overnight boarding staff. Thank you so much for your understanding!
Preparing Your Dog's Food For Boarding
All food must be pre-packaged by meal (e.g. dinner, lunch, breakfast) in bags or containers, labelled with their name. We do not have space for large food bags or containers. We will count your dog's bags/ containers before you leave, just to make sure they have enough for the entire stay!
If your food needs to be refrigerated, we will be able to accommodate that.
If your dog takes any medication, they must be kept in a separate container. Please do not add the medication to your dog's food bags or put them in any other food (e.g. pill pockets, peanut butter, etc.). Please provide detailed administration instructions during check-in.

You are more than welcome to bring your dog before 3 PM or pick up after 11 AM, however additional charges will be applied, like hourly, half a day or full day. Pick up or Drop off before opening/closing hours are $20 per hour.
